If the event has not started:
On the event details page in the App, you will find a button that reads "I can't make it after all." Just press that, and your spot will be released to another Surkus member. Be sure to cancel your casting at least 15 minutes before the start of the event or sooner as you will not be able to after that time and you will be marked as a no-show.
If the event has started:
When you agree to attend an event, you are agreeing to any consequences of not showing up and/or being able to perform the required to-do list to qualify for the event Surkus rewards. We can not update or change your status if you can not make an event or complete the required verification steps after it has already started for any reason.
