Each product offer likely requires you to submit a proof of purchase, link to a review, or a link to a social media post. If a submission is missing information, a link is not active, or if there is any other error with your submission, this may be rejected and you will be notified via e-mail. If a submission is rejected, you will not be marked complete for that step.
Once a submission is rejected, you will have an opportunity to re-submit your corrected screenshot or link in the Surkus app as long as the offer is still active. If you are not sure why your submission was rejected, please reach out to support@surkus.com for clarity.
