You should not need to upload anything as all transactions are reviewed via the credit card purchase. However, if you do need to upload a receipt to support for help, please do the following:
- Send your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please submit the receipt for payment, not the check (for restaurants, for example, this would be the receipt you get for your payment, not the itemized list of what you purchased presented to you before you pay), and ensure the payment method is visible.
- Please include your Surkus/Amaze name and email used so we are able to locate you.
